Rich Powell - seNIor pastor
Rich was born and raised in Colombia, South America, as the son of missionaries. He served as pastor of youth and music in Virginia, and then as teaching elder in a community church Michigan before coming as senior pastor of Grace Bible Church in 2003. He has earned graduate degrees through Master's Graduate School of Divinity. Rich’s main function is providing vision and biblical exposition for the church. Rich and his wife, Andrea, have six grown children and seven grandchildren.
DWIGHT BALL - Pastor of Ministries
Dwight served as a missionary in South America with his wife, Susan. They have been married for forty years and have four grandchildren. Dwight, who has an extensive business background most recently serving as COO of a medical device company, leads the equipping of the saints to do the work of the ministry. His emphasis is on the training and equipping of other leaders, young adult ministry, and administration.
BOBBY LOCKLEAR - PASTOR OF SMALL GROUPS
Bobby Locklear, his wife, Rachel, and their five children have been part of the family of Grace since 2009. Bobby is responsible for ensuring that our culture of discipleship is a coordinated and intentional effort by the entire church. He enjoys working with small groups, and is involved in recruiting and training leaders and hosts. Bobby came on staff January of 2021.

christopher wittlinger - Director of grace counseling ministry
Chris came to Grace Bible Church in September of 2009, when he was attending Piedmont International University. At Piedmont, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies and also met his wife, Hannah. They have been married since 2015 and have a son, Haddon (4), a daughter, Reese (3), and a newborn son, Pierce. Chris has worked as a counselor and manager of a drug and alcohol recovery program, and he currently works for the NC Department of Public Safety as a Substance Abuse Counselor in their Alcohol and Chemical Dependency Program. Chris is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Addictions Counseling. Chris has a passion to help others walk with God through all of life’s experiences. As the Director of Grace Counseling Ministry, Chris meets with individuals, provides oversight and direction to the ministry, and helps to equip the saints with skills to help others in their times of need.
Karleigh King - Music & Media Coordinator
Karleigh joined the family of Grace Bible Church in 2013, just prior to her wedding to her husband, Adam, who joined the church in 2011 while at college. Together, Adam & Karleigh have a passion for church ministry and to see people grow in a Godward direction by allowing “the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. (Col. 3:16)”. Karleigh believes heartily in the importance of teaching doctrine and theology through music and loves to weave together songs and Scriptures for the corporate worship of Christ. She also oversees the church’s website, social media accounts, and weekly email communications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Counseling from Piedmont International University. Adam and Karleigh have three daughters: Magnolia, Tahlia, and Lillia, and a pup named Diggory.

Micah oversees the Sunday morning livestream and helps produce videos for the church. A graduate of Liberty University's film program, he has lived in Virginia, Georgia, and North Carolina working as a freelance video producer and editor.
Upon moving back to North Carolina in early 2019, Micah started attending Grace Bible Church — already familiar with the church from previous years living in Winston-Salem. He once again felt at home with its people, its selfless leadership, and the sound teaching of God's word.
