If you’ve been asked to send us an updated picture for our directory, please consider the following format:

• Email a hi-res picture. (Comes right off your camera or phone. We’ll format it.)

• When you gather everyone together for the picture, try to get tall and short people arranged at about the same eye level or no more than two rows. See the samples below.
